Active Care & Support Ltd is a private care agency that provides care to service users within their own home setting on a one-to-one basis. Our care provision services are within the private and public sectors. Service user's needs and support for care is identified through a robust assessment process. This involves an assessment by a qualified assessor from our organisation as well as the Local Authority.
Care packages provided are tailor made to meet individual requirement needs and this can range from one hour per week to 24 hours a day.
Active Care & Support Ltd pride in the provision of highly trained, qualified and experienced staff through a robust recruitment process, induction training and other specialised areas. This varies from Adults & Children with learning, mental or physical disability, Dementia, Spinal Care, Palliative care, Stroke etc.
At Active Care & Support Ltd we deal with service users who are vulnerable and require help and support, so we understand how valuable living in their own homes or settings means and being independent as much as possible. And when services users entrust their care to us, they have the right to demand the very best. That is why the pursuit of quality and excellence lies at the heart of everything we do. Our pride and paramount aim is provision of quality services by excellent care workers with the main aim of preserving quality of life and independence to our service users in their own comfort of their homes or settings.
This we offer to all persons in respective of age, sex, gender, disabilities, religion or cultural background. Our packages of care are holistic and personalised to specific needs or requirements.
Our service quality assurance includes:
- Our staff all have Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks
- We offer our care workers on going training focusing on any specialist training identified through clinical supervision and client's needs.
- Our risk assessments at service user's homes prior to the commencement of our care packages are carried out by a qualified assessor.
- Care packages are monitored on regular basis and all awarding bodies or Commissioners are informed of changes as and when this happens.
- Our annual quality assurance surveys guides and helps with monitoring of our quality of services and gives us a feel of the level of our customer satisfaction.
- We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Statement of Purpose:
We are principally a Domiciliary Care Agency aiming to provide high quality services with a passion and empowering service users needing care and support in their own homes or settings. We work very closely in partnership with our service users and their families towards meeting their individual care needs.
